Shipping Policy

Samples: Shipped via express courier. Delivery time: 3-7 business days depending on destination. Shipping cost: $15-30.

Bulk Orders: Shipped by sea or air freight. We offer freight collect (customer pays upon receipt) or prepaid (included in invoice).

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted for bulk orders.

If samples do not match approved specifications, we will remake them free of charge.

Defective bulk items reported within 7 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded.

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you.

Your design files are confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

All quotes are valid for 30 days.

Production begins only after sample approval and payment confirmation.

Lead times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity.
