KnitFree provides custom heat transfer labels for apparel and textile products. All products are made-to-order based on customer specifications.

4. Ordering Process

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 500 pieces per design
  • Sample Kit: Available for testing before bulk orders
  • Production Timeline: 10-15 business days for standard orders
  • Rush Orders: Available with 30% surcharge, 5-7 business days

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Payment Terms: 50% deposit, 50% before shipping
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Bank Transfer (T/T), PayPal
  • Prices are valid for 30 days from quote date

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Sample Shipping: DHL Express, flat rate worldwide
  • Bulk Order Shipping: Freight collect or prepaid (quoted per order)
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer

7. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that our labels meet the specifications provided in your order. If labels fail to meet agreed specifications, we offer:

  • Free replacement of defective labels
  • Full refund if replacement is not acceptable

8. Intellectual Property

Customers retain all rights to their artwork and designs. We use customer artwork solely for production purposes and do not share or sell designs to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in Shanghai.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
